All sales are final once installation is complete and the 3-business-day cancellation period has ended.
Cancellations are accepted within 3 business days of the date of purchase, in accordance with the Florida Home Solicitation Sales Act (Fla. Stat. §501.025). To cancel, you must notify Water Energy Solutions in writing before midnight of the third business day, by mail to the address below or by email to contact@waterenergysolutions.us. If you cancel on time, we will refund all payments within 10 days.
Equipment defects are covered under the product warranty. In the event of a defect, Water Energy Solutions will repair or replace the equipment at its sole discretion. Cash refunds are not offered on installed systems.
