2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information we need for the purpose you provide it for. The categories depend on how you interact with us.

We never ask for or store your full credit card number, card expiration date or security code (CVV) through our forms.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Respond to your requests and schedule water tests, consultations and installations.
- Prepare, sign and deliver your work order or contract, and keep a record of it.
- Submit your credit application to our financing partners so they can evaluate your request for financing.
- Verify your identity and the information you provide, and help prevent fraud.
- Provide installation, service, maintenance and warranty support.
- Send you service updates and, with your consent, marketing messages by email, text message and phone.
- Measure and improve our website, services and advertising.
- Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
We use the information in your credit application only to evaluate and process your financing request, to complete your purchase, and as required by law. We do not use your Social Security number or ID for marketing.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as described below.
- Financing partners and lenders. When you apply for financing, we share your credit application, ID and supporting information with the lenders and financing companies we work with, so they can evaluate, approve and service your financing.
- Consumer reporting agencies. With your written authorization, our financing partners may obtain your credit report from one or more consumer reporting agencies.
- Service providers. We use trusted companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and text message platforms (for example, ActiveCampaign), phone services (for example, Zadarma), and advertising and analytics platforms (for example, Google and Meta). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
- Business transfers. If our business is sold, merged or reorganized, personal information may be transferred to the new owner, subject to this Privacy Policy.
Mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages.
5. Text Messages, Phone Calls and Emails
Consent. We send marketing text messages and make marketing calls, including through automated technology, only to people who give us their prior express written consent, for example by checking the consent box on our forms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
What you will receive. Appointment reminders, service updates, offers and promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
- Emails: click the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email.
- Phone calls: tell our representative, or contact us using the details in Section 14.
We will honor your request promptly. You may still receive non-marketing messages about an appointment, a purchase or a contract you have with us.

Our forms are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), sales staff access forms only with a private code, access to credit application information is limited to the personnel who need it, and copies sent to customers hide sensitive numbers such as your Social Security number.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Florida law.
8. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to complete your purchase, provide warranty service, and meet our legal, tax and contractual obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or destroy it securely. Contact information used for marketing is kept until you opt out or ask us to delete it.
